Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort, Sharm el-Sheikh

I had a great time at the Hilton hotel. The room was clean, big, and had almost everything I needed, making my stay very enjoyable. The food quality at the restaurant was really good. However, there was an incident where our underwears went missing and were found outside our bags after a mandatory check at 9:30, which was unsettling.

The hotel room was a mix of positive and negative experiences. While the room was clean, big, and had almost everything I needed for an enjoyable stay, there were some issues like underwear being misplaced, an awful restroom door, zero sound isolation, an ancient TV, and other minor unpleasant points. Overall, the cleanliness and size were the highlights despite the small inconveniences.

The hotel offered excellent breakfasts but the evening atmosphere was too large, over lit, and noisy for our liking. The extra-large bed in the room was great, and everything was tidy and clean.

The hotel had clean and well-maintained rooms with superb sea views over Titan Island, but there was an issue with missing personal items from the room, which was disappointing. The service was a mix of rude and lazy staff, with some exceptions like Mr Ayman and Mr Fouzi who were outstanding. The location was fantastic, offering an amazing room with a Deluxe sea view. The dining experience had some good items but also some disappointing elements like the chaotic atmosphere during meals.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at the hotel. The location is perfect for anyone who loves snorkeling or just relaxing by the pool. The rooms, although a bit run down, offered a beautiful view of the sea, garden, and palm trees. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, except for the language barrier issue. The dining experience was mixed, with some dishes not meeting our expectations. Overall, a good value for the money.
